• Payment: card payments are processed by our payment provider — we receive a confirmation and the last four digits, never your full card number.

We use your information to run the restaurant and improve your experience:

• Prepare, fulfill, and deliver your orders and catering requests.
• Send order confirmations, receipts, and service updates.
• Respond to questions and provide customer support.
• Send marketing emails when you opt in — you can unsubscribe anytime.
• Understand how the site is used so we can make it better.

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with service providers who help us operate — payment processors, delivery partners, email and hosting providers — and only as needed to perform their work. We may also disclose information when required by law.

When you place an order, you make an offer to purchase the items selected. We may accept or decline any order.

• Prices, menu items, and availability may change without notice.
• We are not responsible for typographic errors and may correct them and cancel affected orders.
• You are responsible for providing accurate pickup, delivery, and contact information.

Payment is due at the time you place your order and is processed by our third-party payment provider. Applicable taxes and any delivery fees will be shown before you confirm.

If something is wrong with your order, contact us as soon as possible and we will make it right. Catering orders may be subject to separate cancellation timelines communicated when you book.

The Tocabe name, logo, recipes descriptions, photography, and site content are owned by Tocabe or its licensors and are protected by law. You may not copy, reproduce, or use them without our written permission.

The site is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Tocabe is not liable for indirect or incidental damages arising from your use of the site. If you have a food allergy or dietary restriction, please tell us before ordering.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Colorado, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any disputes will be handled in the state or federal courts located in Denver, Colorado.

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the site after changes take effect means you accept the revised terms.
