Indigenous food, going back to the source.
Every plate starts with Native-grown ingredients and recipes carried through generations. Build your own bowl or taco, or reach for a house favorite like our bison ribs. What we serve shifts with the seasons and what our producers bring in.
Build Your Own
Pick a base, add a protein, load it upStart with frybread or an Indigenous grain, add a protein cooked low and slow, then pile on what you want. Two house salsas come with every order.

Our Bases
Every plate and bowl begins here. Grains come from Native growers, and the frybread is made by hand.

Soups & Stews
Grab a cup on the side or a full bowl with frybread for dipping.
Iko's Green Chili Stew
Iko means Grandmother in the Osage language. This recipe has never changed since we opened in 2008. Beef, potatoes, corn, and roasted green chilis marry with a low, building heat. Frybread is a must
